Booking & Refund Policy Lessons and Rentals

 Life happens, we get it.  Our policy is meant to be fair to everyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors and paddle. 

100 % Refund 

If you book a lesson or rental for a future date, more than 24 hours in advance, you can cancel up to 12:00 AM on the day you reserve.   

 

Credit on Account 

You can reschedule rentals or lessons at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.  We do not accept emails or messages for cancellations. Once processed, a credit will remain in your account until you reschedule to an alternative time. All credits expire at the end of this summer season, Sept. 6, 2021.   

No refunds, no credits for no shows.

No shows are NOT eligible for a refund or a credit. Same day bookings are NOT eligible for a refund or credit. 

Lessons or rentals not cancelled or rebooked 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time, through our website are NOT eligible for a refund or credit. We do not accept telephone calls or emails to manage cancellations.

Safety first!

All rentals are weather dependant. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone if safety is a concern. We will send you an email letting you know that your rental or lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather. Check our homepage for regular updates and condition forecasts. 

In all instances, we will send you an email letting you know that your rental or lesson was cancelled.  We hope you can make it another time. 

If you’ve enjoyed a little too much of the wacky tobaccy, alcoholic beverages, or other illicit substances, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep all participants, including yourself, safe and comfortable.
